My One True’s Gift

https://youtu.be/fLlttedKNlo

I would do anything for you

I would climb mountains

I would swim all the oceans blue

I would walk a thousand miles

Reveal my secrets

More than enough for me to share

I would put roses round our door

Sit in the garden

Growing potatoes by the score…

Cowboy Bee Cushion Revamp

I made this cushion cover some years ago, but the silk/metal fabric wore out in the middle, so I cut it out (it was over the top of the orange) and just now added the couched cording in a Yugoslavian style. It looks gorgeous on our new 1955 Shulam Krimper lounge suite.
Look here for the old and the pattern.

Rrup!!

I bought this old baby's blanket, years ago, and thought I'd copy the puppy for newest baby boy. My fella's not so muscley and really not so manly(dogly), but it's still ok. I'm sure a little boy will love it still. The One True suggested 'rrup!'.
It's so old fashioned. A proper 1950-60's pram blanket.
All from The Stash too. 10 points! Heavy woollen blanketing.

Leah's Teacosy

Lorna's Teacosy

I could have removed the fluff, but didn't see it without my glasses!
The fabric is a gorgeous raw silk, a real pleasure to work with. So soft and silky.
