The view over past Gembrook (Victoria, Australia) at lunch time today.

It's not close to us, nor heading our way but it's shaping up to be a huge fire. Scary.

Little Jackson's 'The Stitchery' Overalls

I bought the printed overall fabric from The Stitchery when Sadie was little, but left it too late. I did make the Duck pair for her.

I added the bit and the bird, so the straps go longer.

The printed fabric has a lining of the same (red) fabric, but I thought an old checked cotton would look nice. Just plugging through, using my vintage fabrics. The buttons are old too, cut from something or other. 

It's Christmas Time Again

I love these little toys. Julie Williams is amazing! Her patterns are sooo cute and extremely well written. I love the new overalls.

I want these overalls for myself.

Footy Rug

Still working on the Footy Rug. Only get to it when I get with the other rug girls so it's slow. But fun. I don't have a complete idea for it yet... a bit of one...

No Name Proddy Rug

Made using TONS of fabrics I've had for years and years and years (plus a little new). My stash is noticeably depleted, in a good way.  

It took almost exactly one month to make. Not a bad effort I do say so mesself.

The back's always more cleanly defined. Plus, the photo's are more distinct than reality. It's just a big fluffy pile of colour, but it feels amazing! So thick!
